What sessions look like
Sessions are psychotherapy sessions. We begin with conversation and follow what feels most important in the moment.
Alongside talking therapy, we may also use expressive arts approaches such as:
Drawing or simple mark-making
Imagery and imagination
Movement or embodied awareness
Storytelling or symbolic exploration
These methods are used gently and only when they support deeper understanding. The goal is to help you access and make sense of your inner experience in a way that feels safe and integrated.
What you can expect
You can expect a grounded, relational, and steady therapeutic space where we work at your pace. Over time, clients often begin to feel more clarity, emotional regulation, and a stronger connection to their inner voice.
