About this practice

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 159531) and Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC 21536), with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, supervised by Melinda MarcellusKincaid (MFC 49407). My clinical practice utilizes depth psychotherapy, creative arts, and somatic techniques to foster emotional release, personal insight, and mental stillness.

I work with women, teens, and children who struggle with emotional overwhelm, anxiety, identity questions, and difficulty expressing what they feel.

A large part of my approach is informed by the understanding that not everything we experience can be immediately expressed in words. Sometimes the emotional experience is pre-verbal, fragmented, or too complex to articulate directly.

In my own life, I became interested in psychotherapy through my experience of struggling to find my voice and express myself fully. This shaped my sensitivity to people who feel unheard or disconnected from their own expression.

My training includes expressive arts therapy, somatic approaches, and depth-oriented psychotherapy. I bring these together in a grounded, relational way that meets each person where they are.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about supporting you to come into clearer relationship with yourself.
